Marmon Industrial Energy & Infrastructure is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support integrated campaigns, trade shows, events, branding, lead management, and cross-functional collaboration in a hands-on, hybrid environment.

This part-time role averages 16–20 hours per week, reporting to the Marketing Manager, with collaboration across Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, and Sales teams. Superior communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, with marketing/communications focus.
• Internship or professional experience supporting marketing, communications, events, or business operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, website, events, and other channels by coordinating assets and timelines.
• Maintain a calendar of industry events, marketing initiatives, timelines, and activities.
• Coordinate trade shows and event planning logistics including registrations, booth requirements, shipping, and attendee communications.
• Assist with surveys, data collection, and reporting to evaluate event performance and ROI.
• Coordinate and facilitate internal meetings to communicate upcoming event requirements, deadlines, and action items.
• Track and report Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and marketing performance metrics across campaigns and events.
