Ivy Tech Community College in Kokomo, Indiana, is seeking a part-time Marketing/Graphic Design Assistant to create and distribute regional publications, maintain regional websites, and support social media efforts.

The role requires an Associate degree or related certification, proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, printing experience, and the ability to collaborate with staff and vendors. On-campus position with 20-28 hours weekly at $20/hour.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or relevant certification plus experience.
• Strong computer skills including graphic design and illustration software required.
• Adobe Creative Suite experience required; printing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, design, and assist with production and distribution of regional publications.
• Liaise with vendors and evaluate new vendors.
• Review and approve regional publications for standards before distribution.
• Maintain hyperlinks on regional websites and web portals.
• Develop new web pages with staff and faculty.
• Improve our web presence.
• Assist in managing Kokomo Service Area social media presence.
• Assist in event support including photography or videography; possible after-hours work.
• Create photo and video content for social media.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
