Job summary

Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana in Kokomo seeks a part-time Marketing & Design Assistant to create regional publications, maintain non-instructional websites, and support social media. You’ll design brochures, catalogs, posters, and ads, liaise with vendors, and ensure brand consistency across materials.

This on-campus, 20-hour job offers flexible hours (20–28h/week) with potential after-hours support.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or relevant certification required.
• Strong computer skills including graphic design and illustration software.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and printing processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, design, and assist with production and distribution of regional publications (brochures, schedules, handbooks, catalogs, newsletters, posters, ads).
• Maintain regional websites and web portals; create new web pages with staff/faculty.
• Assist in managing Kokomo Service Area social media presence and provide event support (set up, photography, videography).
• Coordinate with vendors; review materials for brand and policy compliance.
