Great Bay Services is seeking a part-time Communications & Marketing Coordinator in Dover, NH. The role supports marketing, fundraising, and community engagement, reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, with a focus on donor relationships and content creation.

Responsibilities include managing campaigns, events, newsletters, social media, and website updates, while ensuring brand consistency and compliant communications.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• CFRE certification or interest in fundraising strongly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Support donor engagement, fundraising, and community initiatives.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and communications calendars.
• Create and distribute content across channels (social media, website, newsletters).
• Maintain brand voice and ensure HIPAA/data privacy compliance where applicable.
• Assist in planning and execution of fundraising campaigns and events, including annual appeals.
• Collaborate across departments to align messaging and outreach efforts.
