Job summary

DuPont is seeking a Manufacturing Technology Engineering Technician (part-time, non-exempt) to support qualification projects and continuous improvement across safety, quality, yield, and cycle time. This role is ideal for a current college student pursuing Manufacturing Technology, Engineering, or related fields.

You will collect and analyze operational data, develop protocols and SOPs, and work with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and data-drilling skills.
• Ability to learn JMP, Minitab, and Excel data functions.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional teams on qualification initiatives focused on safety, quality, yield, cycle time, and cost.
• Collect and analyze operation, calibration, inspection, and testing data to inform decisions and process improvements.
• Develop qualification protocols, test methods, SOPs, standard work, and operator training materials.
• Translate technical data into actionable insights using Excel, JMP, Minitab, Power BI, and internal reports.
• Attend stakeholder meetings to align actions and ensure timely implementation.
• Participate in cross-functional qualification reviews, providing data and status updates.
