Job summary

DuPont seeks a Manufacturing Technology Engineering Technician to support qualification efforts across safety, quality, yield, cycle time, and cost. You will collect and analyze operational data from calibration, inspection, and testing to drive informed decisions and progress.

You will develop protocols, SOPs, and training materials while applying best practices to reduce cycle time and costs, working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience on production floor processes, products, equipment, and machine capabilities.
• Ability to learn multiple systems to collect data from raw materials, finished products, and machine interfaces.
• Strong analytical and data-drilling skills using JMP, Minitab and Excel.
• Ability to analyze data and experimental design to isolate sources of quality issues.
• Ability to work independently and in a cross functional, team environment.
• Effective communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft tools.

• Project Support: coordinate with Manufacturing Technology Engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to support qualification initiatives focused on safety, quality, yield, cycle time, and cost performance.
• Data Analysis and Decision Support: analyze technical data and use tools to enable data-based decisions and qualification progress.
• Stakeholder Coordination and Action Follow-Up: attend meetings to align and ensure actions are implemented timely and progress is communicated.
• Cross-Functional Qualification Reviews: participate in reviews with multiple teams and provide data and status updates.

The role works under moderate supervision within established procedures and technical methods while contributing to new project deliverables. The incumbent supports engineers across qualification work processes, including stakeholder alignment, project planning, trials, data analysis, implementation, and project closure reporting. The role promotes effective use of capital, qualification, and change management processes and best practices across the FilmTec business to reduce cycle time, lower costs, improve product quality, and strengthen continuous improvement. ## Primary Responsibilities**Project Support**Partners with Manufacturing Technology Engineers, Operations, Quality, Research and Development, and other cross-functional stakeholders to support continuous improvement and project qualification initiatives focused on safety, quality, yield, cycle time, and cost performance. Collects and analyzes operational, calibration, inspection, and testing data to support data-based decision making, product and equipment qualification, process optimization, and implementation of new technologies. Contributes to the development of qualification protocols, test methods, SOPs, standard work, and operator training materials while executing assignments with technical proficiency, sound judgment, and adherence to established procedures, safety and quality standards. **Data Analysis and Decision Support**Analyzes technical and operational information and reduces it to meaningful data that enables engineering, manufacturing, quality, and business decisions. Uses tools such as Excel, JMP, Minitab, Power BI and internal data reports to collect, organize, evaluate, and communicate findings. **Stakeholder Coordination and Action Follow-Up**Attends meetings with key stakeholders to support alignment, clarify data, and enable decisions. Works with Manufacturing Technology engineers to ensure agreed-upon actions are implemented in a timely manner and that qualification progress is clearly communicated. **Cross-Functional Qualification Reviews**Participates in qualification reviews with cross-functional groups including Manufacturing Technology, Quality, Manufacturing, Research and Development and others as required. Provides data, process knowledge, and status updates to support review outcomes and ensure qualification requirements are met. ## Required Skills and Capabilities* Preferred experience with production floor processes, products, equipment, and machine capabilities.
