Qualifications

• 1+ years steering technology projects end to end.
• Experience designing or integrating REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch and Next.js.
• Ability to translate complex tech problems into actionable steps.
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Ship incremental improvements to Bank of America's Detroit platform on a regular cadence.
• Break large technology initiatives into Active Listening increments Detroit can actually deliver.
• Own data integrity across Bank of America's Elasticsearch stores so Detroit numbers never lie.
• Keep the technology Stress Management service humming through Detroit's holiday traffic surge.
• Trace a remote-native technology bug across three Active Listening services to the one bad line.
• Scale data pipelines processing millions of events with Elasticsearch.
• Wire up Active Listening feature flags so Bank of America can test on Detroit traffic risk-free.
