Cal State East Bay invites applications for a pool of part-time lecturers in the Department of Management to teach undergraduate and graduate courses. Assignments may include Hayward campus, Concord Center, and/or online delivery, with emphasis on Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, IT Management, and analytics with AI tools. Employment is contingent on budget and needs.

Minimum qualification is a Master’s degree in business or economics; Ph.D. is preferred.

• Ph.D. in business or economics is preferred.
• Degree from AACSB accredited institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate level courses in Management areas.
• Courses may be at Hayward campus, Concord Center, and/or online.
• Teach subjects including Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, IT Management, Operations and Supply Chain, Strategic Management/International Business, Entrepreneurship and Business Analytics with AI leveraging ML, data mining, and deep learning.
