Job summary

California State University, East Bay is seeking part-time lecturers for a pool to teach Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, and Engineering Management at bachelor’s and master's levels.

Assignments may be in Hayward, at Concord Center, or online, with duties performed within the state of California. Positions begin Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 and are contingent on budget and need.

Qualifications

• MS degree in Civil Engineering/Construction is required.
• PhD degree in Civil Engineering/Construction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach part-time in Construction Management, Industrial Engineering or Engineering Management at the Bachelor’s and Master’s levels.
• Assignments may include courses at Hayward campus, Concord Center, and/or online.
• All faculty duties are expected to be performed within California.
