Eastwood Mall seeks part-time Customer Service Clerks to deliver high-quality service and maintain an organized Guest Services area. You will assist with the Gift Card program, answer inquiries, and help shoppers with mall programs while supporting coworkers and attending team meetings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Strong ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and computer literacy for relevant software.
• Must be at least 18 years old and maintain a professional appearance.

Responsabilités

• Represent Eastwood Mall by delivering high-quality customer service.
• Maintain a professional and organized Guest Services area with up-to-date materials.
• Respond to inquiries and provide resolutions, assisting with Gift Card and mall programs.
• Support coworkers and participate in team meetings to meet center goals.
