Job summary

Millennium Health, LLC. in Twin Falls, Idaho is looking for a Part Time Male Specimen Collector to perform observed collections and provide exceptional customer service. The role is part-time with a schedule on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:30am to 2:30pm.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience as a specimen collector or 1+ years in the medical field supporting patients.
• 2+ years of customer service experience considered in place of medical experience.
• Ability to ensure compliance with HIPAA and other standards.

Responsibilities

• Collect patient urine and/or oral fluid specimens.
• Process and package collections for shipping.
• Record patient information and resolve specimen concerns.

Skills

Experience as a specimen collector

Customer service experience

Ability to navigate smart phone and computer

Valid driver’s license

Familiarity with HIPAA

Education

High School diploma or equivalent
