AbsoluteStorage Management, LLC. is seeking a Maintenance Tech, aka Fix-It Pro & Property Perfectionist, to perform routine repairs across assigned properties on approx. 24 hours a week.

The role emphasizes hands-on work, safety, and independence, with a strong focus on keeping units and grounds in good condition. You will handle carpentry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical tasks, coordinate with property teams, obtain parts, and document maintenance activities.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Background screening will be conducted at time of hire.
• For driving roles, valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Mansioni

• Complete routine maintenance and repairs across assigned properties.
• Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
• Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment and building-related issues.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checklists and inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and scheduled procedures.
• Obtain estimates for supplies and repair parts; order materials as instructed.
• Maintain cleanliness and overall condition of buildings, units, and grounds.
• Communicate regularly with property teams regarding maintenance needs, budgets, and completed work.
• Assist with coordinating external vendors and contractors for larger repair or capital improvement projects.
• Follow all OSHA guidelines and company safety policies at all times.

Job Snapshot - Key Aspects of the Role

Property Hours

Monday - Friday: 9:00AM-5:00PM

Saturday: 9:00AM-2:00PM

Sunday: Closed
