Job summary

Absolute Storage Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Tech (Fix-It Pro & Property Perfectionist) to perform routine maintenance and repairs across assigned properties, ensuring safety and efficiency. You will handle basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical tasks and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

You will maintain checklists, document activities, obtain estimates, coordinate with property teams and assist external vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repairs across assigned properties to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
• Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment and building-related issues.
• Maintain maintenance checklists and inspections (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and scheduled procedures.
• Obtain estimates for supplies and order materials as instructed.

Job Snapshot – Key Aspects of the Role

• Complete routine maintenance and repairs across assigned properties to ensure everything is operating safely and efficiently
• Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs
• Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment and building-related issues
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checklists and inspections
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and scheduled procedures
• Obtain estimates for supplies and repair parts; order materials as instructed
• Maintain cleanliness and overall condition of buildings, units, and grounds
• Communicate regularly with property teams regarding maintenance needs, budgets, and completed work
• Assist with coordinating external vendors and contractors for larger repair or capital improvement projects
• Follow all OSHA guidelines and company safety policies at all times

Property Hours

Monday - Friday: 9:00AM-5:00PM

Saturday: 9:00AM-2:00PM

Sunday: Closed
