Job summary

Presbyterian Homes & Services – Folkestone in Wayzata, MN is seeking a Full-time Maintenance Technician to maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment in a safe, compliant manner. Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week with an on-call rotation; report to Environmental Services Director.

The role involves floor care, painting, remodeling, and various maintenance tasks across a faith-based senior living community. The ideal candidate will work independently, communicate effectively with residents and staff,

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate with customers.
Ability to work independently, multi-task and follow directions.
Professional image and service orientation to residents and staff.

Responsibilities

Create a safe and secure environment by maintaining the buildings, grounds, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in line with regulations and policies.
Maintain an attractive campus appearance consistent with PHS design intent.
Execute assigned responsibilities for buildings and grounds as defined by site leadership.
Assignments may include floor care, resident moves, remodeling, painting, building maintenance, customer requests, landscape care, snow removal, pools and other projects.
