Qualifications

• Prior experience reflecting overall mechanical aptitude and ability.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residents’ calls for service and complete plumbing repairs.
• Lay and repair tile, install and repair drywall, and repair electrical switches.
• Assist with HVAC and refrigeration repairs when required.
