Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech I for weekends and holidays at our Redmond, Oregon properties. You will perform general facility maintenance, handle service requests, and ensure units and buildings are in excellent working order to enhance guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Perform all general facility maintenance under supervision in a manner that preserves quality and efficiency.
• Execute service requests and repairs as directed (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Maintain make-ready units as directed.
• Repair and replace general fixtures (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry).
• Clean and maintain exterior landscape and trash removal tasks.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor; follow safety programs.
