Job summary

Legacy Clover Mgmt, LLC is seeking a Part Time Maintenance to keep our manufactured home community well presented and well maintained. The role includes landscaping around the clubhouse, monthly water meter reads, and repairs as needed.

You will deliver notices to residents and perform routine maintenance tasks. Work requires a high school diploma, 2 years of maintenance experience, knowledge of building trades, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures and maintenance.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Works well under pressure and meets deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance and maintenance of the manufactured home community.
• Landscaping around clubhouse and common areas; water meter reads monthly.
• Deliver notices and communications to residents.
• Mow, trim, and maintain park landscaping; clean and refurbish as needed.
• Respond to after-hour water and sewer emergencies.
• Troubleshoot water/sewer issues and repair meters.
• Conduct safety inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain clear pathways during winter and ensure pool compliance with health standards.
