Job summary

Legacy Clover Mgmt, LLC is seeking a Full Time Maintenance technician to maintain the appearance and upkeep of a manufactured home community. You will handle landscaping, repairs, and preventative maintenance while fostering positive resident relationships.

The role requires strong knowledge of building trades, safety practices, and the ability to respond to emergencies. A valid driver's license is required, with 40 hours per week outdoors in Minnesota conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures and maintenance.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.
• Valid driver''s license required; able to pass background/drug checks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaping and grounds around clubhouse and park.
• Perform monthly meter reads and respond to water/sewer issues.
• Repair and troubleshoot water meters and plumbing; conduct preventative maintenance.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies; follow up on maintenance work.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Deliver notices to residents and manage communications.
