• Able to climb ladders and crouch in smaller spaces.

Responsibilities

• Maintain logs for equipment and logs for various systems.
• Lawn maintenance: mow, weed whack, trim trees, clear debris from sidewalks and parking areas.
• Snow shoveling and salting where needed; winter maintenance coordination.
• Maintain mowers: blades, deck cleaning, oil changes, belts, lubrication.
• Monitor parking lot weeds; perform control as needed.
• Repair church fence or related perimeter structures as required.
• Notify office when gas, supplies, or parts are needed.
• Keep garage/space organized and clean; move chairs and tables for events.
• Replace furnace filters annually and as needed across spaces.
• Check doors, hinges, locks, and kneeler brackets; plan repairs as needed.
• Assist with other ongoing church projects and seasonal setups.
