About the Role

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team to support our Anytime Fitness clubs in Spanaway, Milton and Puyallup, WA. As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the facility is safe, clean, and well‑maintained for our members and staff.

Responsibilities

• Performing routine maintenance tasks such as drywall, painting, plumbing, and light electrical and other miscellaneous repairs
• Inspecting and maintaining fitness equipment
• Assisting with facility cleaning and upkeep
• Pressure washing bathroom tile showers
• Recalking sinks, tile and shower tubs when needed
• Responding to maintenance requests from staff and members
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Prior experience in maintenance or a related field
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Excellent problem‑solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
