Autumn Lake Healthcare at Alice Manor in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Maintenance Assistant Part-Time to join our dedicated maintenance team. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure safety and comfort for residents.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Assistant Part-Time preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and move equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery, and buildings.
• Conduct rounds to check and report any issues or concerns related to resident care.
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
• Perform custodial duties, such as cleaning and disinfecting surfaces and floors.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
