Job summary

Telecare's Recovery Center at Woodburn is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician to care for the facility's physical plant, equipment, and grounds. The role includes carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, and environmental tasks at a 15-bed sub-acute facility for adult males 18+ with serious mental illness.

Shifts are 8:00 AM–12:00 PM, 3–4 days/week, with a starting wage range of $20.00–$24.11 per hour. Geographical differentials apply; starting pay aligns with experience.

Qualifications

• Two years of building maintenance or related experience.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR, CPI and First Aid certifications at or shortly after employment.

• The Maintenance Technician maintains the facility's physical plant, equipment, and grounds.
• Tasks include carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, and environmental services.
