Job summary

Open Management is hiring a part-time Maintenance Technician at our manufactured housing community in Louisville, Kentucky. You will perform routine and preventative maintenance, conduct unit turns, and ensure cleanliness and safety of grounds, facilities, and systems while delivering friendly service to residents.

You’ll respond to maintenance requests, complete repairs and repairs, assist with landscaping and seasonal tasks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Entry-level knowledge of basic maintenance preferred.
• Construction experience desired.
• Ability to read, write and speak English to follow basic instructions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tenants' maintenance requests.
• Complete property maintenance tasks including cleaning, painting, interior/exterior maintenance, lawn care and debris removal.
• Perform unit turns and basic repairs.
• Transport and install appliances as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas.
