Qualifications

• Proven facilities maintenance experience.
• Black Seal License required.
• BAS monitoring of boiler operations and hot water systems.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Related degree from a technical college preferred.
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and repair manuals.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. - E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor repairs, including lights bulb changes.
• Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order, and repair as necessary.
• Complete general building cleaning and maintenance.
• Install and replace floors, stairs, and piping as needed.
• Repair and paint various parts of a building, including doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs.
• Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facility.
• Help with conference room and event set up.
• Handle basic repairs and maintenance.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and correct them.
