Job summary

Rescue Mission of Trenton is seeking a Maintenance Associate to keep buildings, vehicles, and systems in safe, reliable condition. You will perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance, troubleshoot a range of mechanical and electrical issues, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely repairs.

You will also support fire and safety procedures, maintain basic records, operate tools, and assist with training residents in the Work Therapy Program. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or associate degree; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 1–2 years of maintenance, facilities, mechanical, or related experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical-thinking skills.
