Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance service requests and routine tasks such as painting, appliance repairs, flooring, window coverings, cleaning, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work as assigned.
• Maintain inventory controls for cost-effective operations.
• Provide 24-hour emergency maintenance response as scheduled.
• Grounds work including trash pickup, sweeping, and landscaping maintenance.
• Clean common areas, lobby restrooms, and perform trash removal.
• Inform Community Manager of unusual occurrences or potential damages.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do:

• Responsible for the timely completion of all maintenance service requests and regular maintenance as assigned - may include painting, appliance repairs, replacing or repairing flooring, replace window coverings, cleaning, minor plumbing, minor carpentry, minor electrical
• Maintain inventory controls for cost effective operations
• Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled
• Grounds work - may include picking up trash, sweeping curb and dumpster areas, and maintaining landscaping
• Cleaning - may include common areas, lobby restrooms, and trash removal
• Responsible for alerting Community Manager of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur
• Special projects and other responsibilities as assigned
