• Must be willing to pitch in with a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine landscaping and grounds maintenance.
• Operate lawn mowers, weed whackers/string trimmers, and other basic landscaping equipment.
• Mow, trim, edge, and maintain lawns and landscaped areas.
• Assist with general grounds cleanup and upkeep.
• Complete small maintenance and repair projects as needed.
• Help keep outdoor areas clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Follow safety procedures and properly care for equipment.
• Communicate with the manager regarding maintenance needs and completed work.

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, a few hours per day


• Flexibility: Schedule can be set and adjusted with the manager
