The Congress Lake Club is seeking a reliable groundskeeper to join the outdoor team. This part-time role involves maintaining the golf course and surrounding landscaped areas, with 15–20 hours per week and some early mornings or weekends required.

You will work outdoors, operate landscaping equipment, and contribute to course setup and seasonal projects. A positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to lift 50 pounds are essential.

Overview

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or golf course maintenance preferred but not required


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
