Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Technician to join our outdoor maintenance crew. This role focuses on mowing, trimming, pruning, debris removal, mulch installation, and teamwork to keep commercial and residential properties in top condition.

You will operate mowers and landscape tools, follow safety policies, communicate site needs with supervisors, and support routine equipment maintenance in a physically active outdoor setting.

Qualifications

• Previous landscape maintenance experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment and tools.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.

• Valid driver's license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate walk-behind and zero-turn mowers to maintain lawns and landscapes
• Perform string trimming and edging around sidewalks, curbs, and landscaped areas
• Prune shrubs and maintain planting beds
• Remove weeds and perform detailed property clean-up
• Install mulch and assist with seasonal landscape clean-up projects
• Assist with routine equipment maintenance, including oil changes, blade replacements, and equipment cleaning
• Wash and maintain company trucks, trailers, and equipment

• Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
