We are seeking a reliable and skilled Part‑Time Maintenance Technician to support several residential properties in the Downtown area. This role is ideal for someone who is hands‑on, energetic, and eager to contribute to a well‑maintained, resident‑focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Report directly to Maintenance Manager
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance across multiple properties
• Complete repairs including basic electrical and plumbing (101‑level)
• Troubleshoot home appliances; HVAC troubleshooting experience is a plus
• Assist with carpentry, masonry, and general building upkeep
• Prepare apartments for move‑in
• Maintain a clean, organized shop and workspace
• Clear snow and maintain safe walkways during winter months
• Must work well alone and with others.
• Carry out additional projects as assigned by the Maintenance Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of property maintenance experience
• Reliable transportation and a clean driver’s license
• Ability to use stairs, lift medium-weight items, and work safely on ladders
• Ability to respond to on‑call needs when required
