Job summary

Foundation Park Home Plus in Manhattan, Kansas is seeking a dedicated maintenance technician to join our on-site team. You will handle repairs, perform inspections, and keep our facilities running smoothly for residents and staff.

The role requires pride in workmanship, basic maintenance knowledge, good time management, and a courteous, helpful attitude toward residents, visitors, and coworkers.

You must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Seeking a candidate that enjoys and takes pride in their work.
• Basic maintenance knowledge preferred.
• Must have excellent time management skills and be able to work deadlines.
• Must be able to maintain a courteous, friendly and helpful attitude with residents, visitors, families, and co-workers at all times.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop and lift up to 50lbs throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs in a timely manner to ensure the smooth operation of facilities
• Repair and maintaining equipment, machinery, building, and grounds
• Perform routine inspections, troubleshoot problems
• Fixing plumbing or electrical issues
• Paint prep and painting
• Other duties as assigned by the Administrator
