Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Inspect and help maintain plumbing and electrical systems.
• Read submeters for gas, electric, and water and report readings.
• Handle groundskeeping, landscaping, and swimming pool maintenance.
• Perform general carpentry and assist with water/wastewater knowledge.

Job Details: Job Location: Paradise Ranch - Castaic, CA, Salary Range: $20.00 - $24.00Hourly, We are currently looking for a part-time Maintenance Technician for a mobile home park in Castaic, California.

Maintenance Technicians perform a variety of general maintenance tasks that require strong troubleshooting skills and proficient knowledge of:

• Building and facility maintenance.
• Plumbing and electrical systems.
• Submeter utility systems and meter reading (gas, electric, and water).
• Groundskeeping and landscaping.
• Swimming pool maintenance.
• General carpentry.
• Preferred skill: Knowledge of water and wastewater systems

Qualifications: Desired skills and experience:

• Skilled in operating various hand tools, landscaping equipment, general maintenance equipment, and safety equipment.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Available to respond to occasional urgent maintenance issues outside of normal business hours.
• 1 year of general maintenance experience (property management experience a plus)

COMPENSATION: $20 - $24 per hour.

HOURS & SCHEDULE: 25-29 hours per week
