The Village Senior Living is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician for Allegria Village in Dearborn, Michigan. This part-time role supports the Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing facilities with routine repairs, inspections, and upkeep to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff.

The position requires hands-on skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently within a team, with a schedule of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Formación

• General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and building maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic maintenance issues and determine when additional assistance is needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing areas.
• Respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building repairs.
• Inspect equipment, fixtures, doors, windows, lighting, and other building components.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and routine safety inspections.
• Help maintain resident rooms, common areas, offices, and other facility spaces.
• Identify maintenance or safety concerns and report them to the appropriate supervisor.
• Assist with emergency maintenance situations as needed.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance areas in an organized and safe manner.
