Job summary

Responsibilities include responding to service requests, maintaining records, and ensuring on-schedule repairs. Candidates must supply their own tools and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in property maintenance or related field.
• HVAC knowledge and ability to handle basic repairs.
• Must furnish own tools and have transportation.
• Familiarity with OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Address resident service and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Communicates with residents on pending items or status of service requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Keep the physical property throughout the community and correct unsafe conditions.
• Maintain records regarding preventive maintenance, service requests, expenditures, apartment make-ready status, and work in progress.
• Ensure all make-ready repairs and services are completed on schedule.
• Rake, sweep, shovel, and salt property grounds as needed.
• Change locks and keys.
• Other duties as assigned.
