Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a reliable Maintenance Supervisor for a part-time role at our Tulsa, OK facility. You will lead maintenance activities, ensure equipment runs efficiently, and drive safety and reliability across the shift.

You’ll diagnose problems, manage preventive maintenance, supervise technicians, and coordinate with Production to keep downtime minimal while adhering to budgets and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two-year technical degree preferred.
• Must read blueprints/schematics.
• Experience supervising maintenance personnel.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and determine corrective action by checking blueprints, schematics, repair manuals and parts catalogs.
• Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment to diagnose malfunctions.
• Perform basic welding to repair facilities and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair PLCs and related control systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on facility and production assets.
• Follow manuals and engineering specifications using a documented schedule.
• Manage maintenance on off-shift periods and coordinate with production.
• Oversee safety and regulatory compliance within the maintenance department.
