Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team in Tulsa, OK. You will diagnose and repair equipment, manage preventative maintenance schedules, and supervise staff to ensure reliable operations.

The role requires experience with PLCs, blueprints, budgeting, and CMMS, with a focus on safety and process improvement. This on-site position offers on-the-job training and a Monday–Friday workweek with overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two-year technical degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of repair experience on industrial processing equipment in a production setting.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical/electrical problems and determine corrective actions using blueprints and manuals.
• Inspect and test machinery to identify malfunctions.
• Perform basic welding for repairs on facilities and equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and control systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on facility and production assets.
• Follow manuals and specifications with a documented schedule.
• Oversee regulatory and environmental compliance within maintenance.
• Lead, train, and develop maintenance staff.
