Cedarbrook Senior Care & Rehab in Fountain Hill, PA is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Mechanic for its skilled nursing facility. The role is 32 hours per week with every other weekend and holiday rotation; hours are flexible and the position is not benefit eligible.

Salary is $20.91 per hour. Required education is a high school diploma or equivalent, plus 2–3 years’ equipment and facility maintenance experience and valid PA driver's license.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of maintenance repair practices and techniques.
• Familiarity with tools, materials and safety precautions for maintenance work.
• Ability to operate vehicles and maintenance equipment as needed.
• Ability to assess time, materials and equipment for jobs.
• Ability to supervise others and follow instructions.
• Ability to keep accurate activity records.
• Physical capability to lift and maneuver heavy tools and materials.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and structural maintenance repairs as required.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and outcomes.
• Coordinate with team and oversee other personnel when needed.
• Work in proximity to patients and visitors as duties require.
