Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties in Arley, Alabama seeks a Maintenance - Level I to perform general maintenance tasks across resort communities. You will handle light appliance repairs, painting, plumbing and carpentry, groundskeeping and janitorial duties in coordination with your team.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to be on call for emergencies after hours. Part-time status and on-site work are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate heavy equipment if needed.
• Willing to be on call for emergencies after hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain amenity spaces to ensure they are well kept and functioning.
• Maintain grounds and keep them free from trash and debris.
• Work with management to keep the property clean, safe, and appealing.
• Attend morning staff meetings to communicate daily vendor appointments and required work.
• Communicate with other maintenance staff and management on special projects.
• Report maintenance concerns and perform repairs as needed.
• Move heavy objects and may drive maintenance trucks to locations on the property.
• Monitor and control maintenance inventory and supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
