Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic maintenance of buildings, grounds, vehicles and equipment.
• Must be able to use hand tools.
• Must have a valid Florida Driver's License and a good driving record.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass a local and a federal background screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist with minor repairs to facilities (painting, pressure washing, carpentry, shelves, cabinets).
• Complete minor repairs on Capstone vehicles as needed.
• Assist Supervisor with obtaining quotes, evaluating major repair/replacement needs, and coordinating vendor/contract work.
• Check in at start of shift to get assignments and check out at end with updates, receipts and paperwork.
