Job summary

St. Agnes Parish in Naples, FL is seeking a Part-time Maintenance Associate to assist with general maintenance for parish events and weekend Masses. This role requires reliability and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities include light cleaning, setup for events, basic repairs, and safeguarding facilities. Weekend availability, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must have basic maintenance skills.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb, bend, kneel, twist, push, pull as needed throughout shift.
• Must be available to work on weekends.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a DOV assigned post-offer physical exam.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for light cleaning and maintenance of buildings and grounds as needed.
• Set up for scheduled events and meetings.
• Adhere to proper cleaning methods, storage, and proper care of equipment and supplies.
• General maintenance including changing light bulbs, cleaning, re-stocking bathrooms if need arises, and minor repairs.
• Lockdown and opening facilities and/or gates for parish events.
• Observe and promote safe work practices and procedures by following local, state, and OSHA regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
