Job summary

Autumn Lake Healthcare at Alice Manor in Baltimore, Maryland is seeking a Maintenance Assistant Part-Time to join our dedicated maintenance team. Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery, and buildings.
• Conduct rounds to check and report any issues or concerns related to resident care.
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
• Perform custodial duties, such as cleaning and disinfecting surfaces and floors.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
