Job summary

Price Marine in Millsboro, DE is seeking a Part Time Maintenance Assistant to help care for our grounds, buildings and equipment. You will perform groundskeeping, janitorial tasks, basic carpentry, and assist with moving furniture for meetings.

You will communicate with the Facilities Supervisor, coordinate resources, follow all safety guidelines, and report any maintenance concerns. This role supports a safe, clean, and well-run facility for staff and customers.

• Maintain grounds in clean, safe, and orderly manner including mowing, trimming, and weeding.
• Clean debris from grounds, pathways, and parking lot.
• Perform routine janitorial housekeeping.
• Carry out basic carpentry tasks as instructed.
• Assist with moving furniture, equipment, set up and break down of materials for company meetings.

• Coordinate necessary resources to assist with maintaining facilities.
