Job summary

Knight Enterprises Management, LLC is seeking a skilled machinist to support manufacturing operations. The role involves operating mills and lathes, maintaining machine performance, and ensuring parts meet exacting specifications.

You will load parts, check dimensions, perform preventive maintenance, and document data for audits. Experience with CNC milling and grinding is preferred, along with the ability to work under supervision.

• Records machine data for reporting and record-keeping purposes.
• Contacts supervisory personnel when raw product, events or finished products are not conforming to required standards.
• Prepares documents as required to perform inventory or audit.
• Computes amounts of workload capacity and running time.
• Tracks and uploads appropriate data into MRP program.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisory or management personnel.

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

This position is responsible for performing basic machinist duties under supervision. Work with mills and lathes, operate complex machines and perform preventive maintenance of machines. Performs related work ensuring the product meets exacting specifications and standards.

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisory or management personnel.
