Job summary

Pulse Heart Institute in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (MA-C) to support the vascular surgery team in a physician-led setting. This part-time per diem role runs Mon-Fri 8a-5p across Tacoma, Puyallup and Auburn clinics, with occasional travel to Olympia.

Qualifications

• WA MA-C certification required
• Minimum of 1 year healthcare experience preferred
• Current BLS certification required

• Interview patients and obtain vital signs
• Assist patients in preparing for exams or treatments
• Perform specimen collection including venipuncture and administer medications per Washington DOH regulations
