Desert Springs Post Acute – Palm Desert is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for part-time PM and NOC shifts. Pay ranges from $30.00 to $35.00 per hour, DOE, in a facility that provides 24/7 skilled nursing and rehabilitation services to residents.

The role emphasizes compassionate, resident-centered care in a team-focused, professional environment. The LVN will work with a collaborative team to administer medications, monitor conditions, document care in the EMR, and ensure compliance

Qualificações

• Active California LVN license in good standing.
• Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and care plans.
• Monitor residents with acute and chronic conditions and report changes promptly.
• Supervise and support CNAs.
• Accurately document nursing care using the EMR system.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
