Job summary

Oak Glen Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our care team on a part-time basis. Expect $29-$33 per hour, depending on experience, with a focus on quality resident care in a supportive environment.

You will provide nursing care, administer medications, monitor conditions, document accurately, and collaborate with RNs, CNAs and physicians to support residents and families throughout their care journey.

Qualifications

• Current California LVN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Dependable, organized, and team-oriented.
• Compassionate approach to resident care.
• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Support residents and families throughout their care journey.
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and positive environment for our residents.
