Highland Palms Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our nursing team on a part-time basis. You will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and document treatment per care plans.

The role requires current LVN licensure in good standing, strong communication, and a team-oriented approach. Competitive hourly pay ($29–$32) with flexible shift options and a supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• Current LVN license in good standing.
• Nursing experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments and document care accurately.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
• Support CNAs to promote safe and effective resident care.
• Maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards.
