Job summary

Hireology is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to deliver patient-centered nursing care in a long-term care setting. You will supervise shift nursing, mentor staff, and coordinate with physicians to ensure compliant, high-quality resident care.

We offer full-time, part-time and PRN schedules, with a competitive pay range of $30.00–$32.00 per hour, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to advance within a collaborative, compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license valid in Missouri.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
• High integrity and well-grounded work ethic.
• At least one year’s experience providing care in long-term care (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct the daily nursing functions in accordance with Company, State, Federal and local rules, regulations, and guidelines.
• Admit, transfer and discharge residents with documentation regarding care and service provided.
• Participate in the orientation of new residents/family members to the facility.
• Participate in facility surveys (inspections) as scheduled.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, positive clinical outcomes, and resident/family satisfaction during shift.
• Serve as a resource to all staff regarding the quality of services provided.
• Charts progress notes in an informative, factual manner reflecting the care administered and residents’ responses.
• Identify and report changes in condition to supervisor, physician and family.
