Movado Group Inc. is seeking a part-time Keyholder for the Movado Company Store at Twin Cities Premium Outlets in Eagan, MN.

You will drive sales, open and close the store, and support staff in reaching goals while ensuring excellent customer service and a polished store presentation. Responsibilities include achieving personal sales goals, CRM data capture, merchandising to company standards, and assist with inventory and security procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong selling skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Experience in watch/jewelry, fashion, accessories, luxury retail is preferred.
• Open availability and flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales goals and develop knowledge of merchandise.
• Provide exceptional customer service and capture CRM data per guidelines.
• Merchandise products according to company guidelines and maintain store appearance.
• Open/close the store, assist with inventory, and support loss prevention procedures.
• Support with security procedures and service watches when needed.
