Job summary

Movado Group is seeking a part-time Keyholder at the Twin Cities Premium Outlets in Eagan, MN. In this role you will help drive sales, manage store operations, support customer service, and maintain inventory.

Strong selling skills and experience in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, specialty and/or luxury retail are preferred. Open availability and flexibility to work with the business needs is required, with opportunities for advancement and an employee discount.

Qualifications

• Strong selling skills and experience in a retail environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous management experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, assisting staff to reach and exceed goals.
• Achieve or exceed personal sales goals as established by the Store Manager.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
• Capture CRM data in accordance with Company guidelines.
• Establish rapport with actual or potential customers.
• Merchandise product per company guidelines.
• Maintain a neat, clean, professional working environment.
• Monitor and maintain merchandise for cleanliness, ticketing, and display.
• Assist in maintaining merchandise control logs as designated by the Store Manager.
• Follow security and loss prevention procedures per corporate policies.
• Service watches including sizing and battery changes as needed.
